The Indoor Unit Remote Controller is locked and I want to do some maintenance on the indoor units. Is it okay if I unplug the P1P2 terminal from the RTD-10?
If the RTD-10 is not set to Duty/Standby mode: Yes. Simply unplug the P1P2 terminal of the RTD-10 interfaces, do the maintenance and replug the P1P2 terminal into the RTD-10 when done.
The better way is to simply unplug the RTD-10's power terminal (0V +V), do the maintenance and replug the power terminal into the RTD-10 when done (note: pull out and push in the terminal block - no need to unscrew/screw the wires).
