Information below shall help find which RTD interface you should/can use:
The RTD interface is compatible with a Daikin unit if it satisfies the requirements in the respective RTD interface's installation instructions. We do not have a list of all units compatible to our RTD interfaces.
*Please note that our RTD interfaces only communicate over Daikin's wired remote controller network P1P2 (exception RTD-RA). The RTD interfaces do not communicate with outdoor units (RTD-20 can control ERQ Air Handling Units).
**We recommend using BRC1E51 or older wired remote controller variants.
- RTD-NET, RTD-10, RTD-HO, RTD-20:
- for monitoring and control of Daikin VRV and Skyair ranges of air-conditioners; and VAM and VKM ventilation units. The interface is compatible with all units that have a P1,P2 remote controller network connection.
- Note that BRC infra-red receivers must be configured to operate in SUB (S) mode.

- RTD-W:
- for Atherma HT hydroboxes (heating only and reversible), small inverter chillers (EWA/YQ16..64 series) and VRV heating only hydrobox. The interface is compatible with all units that are operated using a BRC21 remote controller network connection.
- Note that you must have a BRC21 remote controller.

- RTD-RA:
- for the Room Air-conditioner range of air-conditioning units. The interface is compatible with the indoor units that have a S21 remote controller network connection.

- When the RTD is connected, the standard unit remote controller can not be installed on the same network. ARC448 User Interface MUST be Removed as RTD-MB/NET can only be connected WITHOUT User Interface.
