What to LED 3 and LED 4 signify?

LED 3 flashing quickly and irregularly: Indicates that data is exchanged between indoor unit and RTD-10.

LED 4 flashing quickly and irregularly: Indicates that data is exchanged between BMS and RTD-10 across the RS485 line.
